1. A Deposit of 50% is required Before commencement of all items included in the package.

2. Balance to be settled 5 days after invoice date and by which all items in the package have been approved and the website is live on registered domain.

Important reminders:
Rate Adjustment: If balance is not received before the 5th day after invoice, we reserve the right to adjust the initial charge of R2900 in accordance with our terms.
Service Suspension:
Extended non-payment will result in service suspension, with a minimum R300 reconnection fee.
Intellectual property:
All production work carried out on this project remain the property of BrandWeaver until balance payment is received.
Annual Fees:
Domain and Hosting renewal fee of R1500 to be paid after 12 months from date of package completion and handover and annually thereafter to facilitate domain renewal and website hosting.
